Join three of our energetic and fun instructors; Sarah, Evelyn and Abby! Experience a 90-minute MashUp of Kickboxing, Dancing and Body Weight Strength Training!!!! The format will seamlessly alternate every few minutes between formats making it the ‘”Ultimate MashUp! (Class is not a 30-30-30-minute format)
