During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises. This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

This barbell workout is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Light N Lively
This low impact class will help you gain aerobic endurance, agility, strength, and flexibility. Get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of various strength, stretch, Yoga, Pilates, and core exercises. We may use body weight, resistance tubes, pose balls, gliders, and/or hand weights. Using elements of basic dance choreography, intervals, great music, and provided with many options, every participant can get the right workout for their body. The class motto is “Do what you can and have fun!” Whether you are a fit adult, are postpartum, are a cancer survivor, or anywhere in between, this class is for you!
Step N Sculpt
This classic workout format uses a step platform and a combination of sculpting exercises for a great cardio/strength workout. Using the step is great for toning the lower body and the simple choreography is great for getting your heart pumping.

Water walking can burn twice the calories of land walking and is great for strengthening muscle & improving cardiovascular fitness. This class provides 45 minutes of brisk linear movements that vary from walking heel to toe, walking on toes, kicks, marches, side steps and more. Feeling the relief on joints from the buoyancy of water and gaining strength and range of movement through the challenge of it. All this followed by 10 minutes of stretching in the warm pool for a well deserved relaxing completion to the workout.
This (45) Minute Class in the Warm Water Pool incorporates a full range of motion, strength and balance exercises. Using buoys, noodles and the natural resistance of the water for a complete low impact workout which includes linear, lateral and core movements. Movements are slow to moderate pace to help reduce pain and stiffness caused by arthritis. Class ends with (5) minutes of relaxing and stretching.
