Small Group Training (SGT) is an excellent way to train! Our programs are uniquely designed to incorporate some of the individual aspects of personal training with the friendly inclusive atmosphere of a group. SGTs are an affordable way to improve your fitness. In your group, you will gain a sense of comradery, accomplishment and encouragement.

The purpose of yoga for stability and balance is to help members navigate everyday living with confidence and avoid falling. This 12 session program includes weight-bearing exercises for strength and increased bone density. This program offers balance strengthening exercises to provide greater balance and fall-resistant strategies.
If you’re curious about Beginner Core, this class is perfect for you! A personal trainer will bring you through this low-impact class that will focus on foundational core work. This class includes a free fitness consultation.
