Small Group Training (SGT) is an excellent way to train! Our programs are uniquely designed to incorporate some of the individual aspects of personal training with the friendly inclusive atmosphere of a group. SGTs are an affordable way to improve your fitness. In your group, you will gain a sense of comradery, accomplishment and encouragement.

Short on Time: 30 minutes
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to get your heart rate up by employing 30 seconds of high intensity, maximum effort, followed by 30 seconds of rest. This is a high calorie, fat burning program which greatly improves endurance as well as strength. If you need to take your workouts to the next level using high impact or low impact, this class is for you!
Bride Bootcamp: 60 minutes (3 days per week)
Look and feel your best for the big day with this total body workout! Each session will focus on Cardio, Strength, and Core. Get your bridal party involved so you can all share a win by getting fit together. Grooms welcome!
Contact Kickboxing: 60 minutes
A unique class of kicking and punching a padded shield. This class is designed to tighten and tone your upper and lower body. It will greatly improve your endurance, balance, and coordination. Exercises are performed in 3 minute rounds followed by 1 minute of rest.
Kicking Your Core: 60 minutes
This innovative class combines the benefits of kickboxing with the benefits of a variety of proven core exercises. It is conducted in segments of 15 minute intervals. Core exercises are performed for 15 minutes immediately followed by 15 minutes of contact kickboxing. This sequence is repeated twice to complete the hour. This class is ideal for those that are ready for something unique and different to add to their workout routine. Kickboxing improves your endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. The core aspect improves strength of your abdominals, obliques, and lower back.
Kettlebell: 60 minutes
This class uses a wide variety of kettlebell movements that impact the entire body from head to toe. Kettlebells greatly improve your functional strength, core strength, lower and upper body strength, as well as exponentially improving your endurance. This is a progressive class meaning, you start where you are. A beginner will not be performing the same exercises as someone who has been using kettlebells for years. This is one of the great benefits of this class.
Yoga for Core: 60 minutes
Core strength is a fundamental need we all share. Without it we can not stand tall, bend down, nor complete daily life tasks. This class will use a gentle, yet effective approach, to tone and strengthen your abdominals, back muscles, and more. Utilizing yoga postures, some that are held for a length of time, and some that are movement based we will help you obtain better posture and better mobility for your life.
Power Yoga: 60 minutes
If uou are an intermediate yogi looking to advance your practice, this is the class for you. This class focuses on power and balance. Variations of crow, plow, 8 angle pose, handstand and more are practiced in this class. Must have previous yoga experience to register.
Intro to Yoga Clinic: 60 minutes
Yoga is for every body. If you are hoping to improve your health and wellness this class will instruct on both the benefits of yoga and provide tips for a solid start to your journey. This one hour class will show you the basic postures used in our group exercise classes to get you ready for success on your own.
Yoga Warrior Clinic: 60 minutes
Learn the basics of warrior poses in this specialty class. Practice alignment, posture, breath, and pose variations so you can pursue your flexibility and strength correctly for your body.
Lifestyle Focus Program for Arthritis: 45 minutes (6 weeks/3 days per week)
Land or Warm Water sessions offered. Designed by our fitness and medical integration team, this small group program pays close attention to hands, feet, ankles, and wrists while working the entire body. Commit now to improve your cardio, strength, and flexibility for a better quality of life.
