Small Group Training is an excellent way to train! Our programs are uniquely designed to incorporate some of the individual aspects of personal training with that friendly inclusive atmosphere of a group. Small Group Training is an affordable way to work with others, gaining a sense of comradery and competition, while advancing fitness.
We offer a multitude of formats for all fitness abilities from HIIT to Contact Kickboxing, from functional core strength to balance. We offer yoga-based programs, cardio, and strength.
NorthPointe Wellness’ 30-minute small group training class—Short on Time—consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This HIIT class will follow 30 seconds “on,” 30 seconds “off” structure. Short on Time’s HIIT format is an effective way to lose weight because of its afterburn effect. This class is perfect for those that want to see results without spending hours at a gym. Plus, Short on Time will improve your strength and endurance. This class is recommended for seasoned exercisers.
