Small Group Training (SGT) is an excellent way to train! Our programs are uniquely designed to incorporate some of the individual aspects of personal training with the friendly inclusive atmosphere of a group. SGTs are an affordable way to improve your fitness. In your group, you will gain a sense of comradery, accomplishment and encouragement.

Build your strength and endurace as we go through circuits utilizing functional training styles. This efficient, 25 minute, full-body workout will be usisng dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight for each circuit.
If you’re curious about Beginner Core, this class is perfect for you! A personal trainer will bring you through this low-impact class that will focus on foundational core work. This class includes a free fitness consultation.
