COVID-19 Update: Learn more
The health, safety and well-being of our members is our top priority. As you probably know, Governor Pritzker announced the extension of the stay at home order through the month of May. We appreciate the commitment to safety and will continue to monitor developments.
Therefore, NorthPointe Wellness will continue to be closed through May 30. This time period may be extended at the discretion of the CDC, Illinois Department of Health and local government. We will continue to assess this evolving situation and update you as our plans to reopen are determined. Updates will be posted on here on our website, NorthPointe Wellness social media channels, the NorthPointe Wellness app, and sent via email.
We also want to inform you how this continued temporary closure will affect your membership dues, based on your current membership status.
- Monthly membership: You will not be billed dues for the month of May.
- Annual membership: Your expiration date will continue to be extended for the number of days the center is closed.
- Accounts that were on a bridge/medical freeze before the center closed: No changes will be made to the account. Your current return date will remain the latter as you had planned, or the date center is scheduled to reopen.
During these times we are as committed as ever to your health and well-being. To continue being your healthiest self, you need to keep moving. We hope you take advantage of this FREE workout option. CLICK HERE to access FREE online group exercise classes.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time. We look forward to seeing you back with us soon and wish you all good health as we travel this journey together.
