Our beautiful aquatic area at NorthPointe Wellness has a spacious, open design with two pools. The lap pool offers seven lanes, 25 yards in length, with a depth range from 3.5’ to 5’. The water temperature is kept at a comfortable 82˚.
Our second pool is a warm water therapy pool that is maintained at 92˚ with a depth range of 3.5’ to 5’. Both pools provide a great landscape for fitness and leisure swimming, scheduled swimming lessons for both members and non-members and a large assortment of aquatic classes for all levels.
Our full-service locker rooms include complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, shaving cream and hair dryers. In addition, each locker is digitally controlled so you can select your own locker and codes for entry, eliminating the need for keys.
Both men's and women's locker rooms have their own whirlpool for added recovery for improving your well-being.
Relax in either our state-of-the-art sauna or steam rooms. The men's and women's locker rooms have their on separate sets for you to unwind after a hard workout.
We have a spacious free weights area with the latest machines as well as a wide variety of dumbbells and barbells. Our fitness staff are always on the site and available to answer any of your questions or assist you if needed.
We have several spacious group exercise studios which host a variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again.
Our Fit ‘n Fun area provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six months through 10 years of age while their parents are using our facility. Daily activities promote positive health, safety and nutritional practices through fitness, science, arts and crafts, active games and special projects.
We offer a huge assortment of cardio machines from treadmills, elliptical machines to stationary bikes. Most have their own personal television screens for your viewing pleasure.
Our indoor running/walking track is perfect for those looking to do some cardio workouts anytime of year.
