Strength 360/Cycling Studio/Sub is Abby 2/13

Participants learn and engage in workouts that highlight strength in agility, endurance, and power using NorthPointe’s Synergy 306 Studio. Education in the components of this otherwise intimidating apparatus along with timed intervals and the banter and comradery of the shared experience provides a total body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and able to use this studio during personal workouts between classes. Participants of all levels are welcome and encouraged to join in. Always Sweat; Always Smiles!
