Strength Circuit/Aerobics Studio/Sub is Ruth 3/7

This is not a conventional strength workout. Come in for a variety of exercises that work on Explosivity, compound movement, drills and creating a stronger stable athlete. This class is recommended for those who have started strong with classes like BodyPump but would like to add to their routine and shake things up a bit! Bring a partner if you’d like and come ready to work and have “fun”. Always Sweat; Always Smiles!!
