Cycle HIIT: Come try this (45) minutes class!  Cycling is a wonderful low impact cardio workout.  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), or short bursts of effort followed by rest, has many health benefits.  Burn more calories, faster, and longer even after you have stopped exercising.  It is also great if you are short on time!  Add this program to your life, stick to it, and watch the positive impacts on both your physical appearance and overall health.
