This low impact class will help you gain aerobic endurance, agility, strength and flexibility. Get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of various strength, stretch, Yoga, Pilates and core exercises. We may use body weight, resistance tubes, pose balls, gliders and/or hand weights. Using elements of basic dance choreography, intervals, great music, and provided with many options, every participant can get the right workout for their body.
