We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through activities, classes, and more. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything NorthPointe Wellness has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.

Enjoy Daily Themes and Activities:

Mindfulness – Monday, April 20

Pop-up Yoga Classes

  • 8:00–9:00am: Gentle Yoga with Monika
  • 9:30–10:30am: Yoga with Monika
  • 10:45–11:30am: Chair Yoga with Monika
  • 7:00–8:00pm: Yin Yoga with Jim

Movement – Tuesday, April 21

  • 9:00–11:00am and 1:00–3:00pm: Personal Training/Group Exercise Info Table. Stop by and spin the wheel to win a prize!

Nutrition – Wednesday, April 22

  • Nutrition Info Table: Product Sampling

Connection – Thursday, April 23

  • Bring a guest and enjoy complimentary coffee and treats

Prevention – Friday, April 24

  • 9:00–11:00am and 1:00–3:00pm: MyFitRx®/Special Programs Info Table. Stop by to be entered into our MyFitRx drawing!
  • 11:00am–12:00pm: Fall Prevention with Emily
