Small Group Training (SGT) is an excellent way to train! Our programs are uniquely designed to incorporate some of the individual aspects of personal training with the friendly inclusive atmosphere of a group. SGTs are an affordable way to improve your fitness. In your group, you will gain a sense of comradery, accomplishment and encouragement.

Build your strength and endurance as we go through circuits centered around the 5 basic movement patterns: bending and lifting, pushing, pulling, rotational, and single-leg movements. This small group training program will focus on full-body strength, mobility and balance, power, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility. Equipment used in this program will consist of dumbbells, resistance bands, chairs, and the use of body weight. Come join Candy and decompress with our latest small group yoga training. This class is designed to incorporate a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Poses will be held a bit longer than traditionally held to allow the body and mind to deeply relax and decompress from external stresses.
