Our Personal Trainers hold an NCCA accredited certification and a four-year degree in a health-related field. Our expert trainers will give you one-on-one attention and consider your specific goals, needs, and abilities to improve your quality of life. Whether you are new to exercising and need a starting point or are an athlete in training, we can help. We offer 30 and 60-minute sessions and have a variety of unique programs including:

Sign up for NorthPointe Wellness’ eight-week program: Intro to Training Package. Every 30-minute class takes place in a small group setting and caters to beginners. Each week the instructor will focus on a different movement—core, nutrition, dumbbell, cable, balance, cardio, functional and Myzone®.
