A fun and exciting class that will incorporate cardio and strengthening intervals to improve core strength, coordination, cardio fitness, muscle strength and endurance. Located in the Lap Pool. Come join the fun!
Experience the fun with cardio routines that incorporate dance moves to improve coordination, cardio fitness, muscle strength and endurance. The class finishes with Pilates and Yoga stretched adapted to the water. Appropriate for all levels. Located in the Lap Pool.
Modified Deep Water
Get off the bottom of the pool and get your heart pumping with this suspended cardio and strength class. Aqua belts will be used for all participants. This intense class is recommended for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Class size is limited so don’t delay! Located in the Lap Pool.
Water walking can burn twice the calories of land walking and is great for strengthening muscle and improving cardiovascular fitness. You will do 45 minutes of brisk walking in the Lap pool and will finish with 10 minutes of stretching in the warm pool. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Starting in the Lap Pool and finishing in the Warm Water Pool.
This gentle class emphasizes flexibility, improves range of motion and mobility, balance and muscular stamina. Great for people with arthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. Class size is limited so don’t delay! Located in the Warm Water Pool.
