Traditional Yoga practices asana alignment and sequence. some poses are held for a number of breaths and some are used in a flow from one posture to the next. This class practices mindfulness, sun salutations, strength, balance, flexibility and breath control. You will gain body awareness and bring your mind and body together as one. Whether you are new to your practice or are a seasoned Yogi, this class is for you! Namaste!
