Yin Yoga incorporates mostly seated or reclined poses designed to improve the flow of prana, the subtle life force essential to organ health, immunity, and overall well-being. Poses are held longer to target the connective tissues, to improve circulation, reduce stress levels and calm the mind and nervous system.
