Water walking can burn twice the calories of land walking and is great for strengthening muscle & improving cardiovascular fitness. This class provides 45 minutes of brisk linear movements that vary from walking heel to toe, walking on toes, kicks, marches, side steps and more. Feeling the relief on joints from the buoyancy of water and gaining strength and range of movement through the challenge of it. All this followed by 10 minutes of stretching in the warm pool for a well deserved relaxing completion to the workout.
