An event every week that begins at 8:15 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

This classic workout format uses a step platform and a combination of sculpting exercises for a great cardio/strength workout. Using the step for toning the lower body and the simple choreography is great for getting your heart pumping for a total body fitness experience.
