This no impact class is perfect for beginners and the active older adult. Using a few supported standing, but mostly seated exercises, we utilize a variety of strength, balance, stability and flexibility techniques to help improve everyday functionality. Focus is on mobility, range of movement, posture, and fun! Come try this class using many elements from Chair Yoga to Chairobics and more. We play with tempo, we smile, and many options are provided to allow each participant to find the right movement for their body.
