Group Cycling is a variable intensity non-impact cardiovascular workout that combines outdoor cycling techniques with great music. Bad weather outside? You can still get your ride in. Come join us using a combination of hills, intervals, sprints, and more! You choose the level to make the workout personal. Short on time, this 45 minute workout will get your Friday off to a Great start. Bring water! Towels provided so come ready to sweat with a smile and take your heart health up a notch!
