With Great music pumping, “you” control the intensity of this cycling workout. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat out riding. You spin to the music to reach your cardio peak then ease back for recovery. RPM is a great way to boost your cardio fitness as you control your own resistance levels and speed. It’s a Journey, not a Race!
