An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely

This upbeat 30 minute class is designed to build a strong core while improving posture through exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back.  Overall this will help improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.  A quick, yet effective, workout that is a great addition to any routine.

*Please note:  This class is back to back with another class and may begin up to 5 minutes after the hour.
