An event every week that begins at 5:15am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

Come try this max interval training, high energy class.  These group exercise classes are predesigned, athletic, drill-based, interval workouts. The workouts are inspired by drills that athletes use to improve their sports performance.  Insanity allows everyday fitness enthusiasts to enjoy the nature and athleticism of drills training to achieve weight loss and overall fitness benefits.
