An event every week that begins at 8:15 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

This cardio/strength class is designed around intervals.  Intervals are timed combinations of high-intensity and low-intensity exercise that are proven to boost the afterburn effect.  You will shred calories even after your workout is done.  Using upbeat music and a variety of techniques and equipment this class will take your fitness to the next level.
