An event every week that begins at 5:15 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Get the best of both worlds with this cardio and strength High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This class will alternate short periods of intense exercise with a brief recovery period. This is a full-body workout that will incorporate cardio moves along with weight training with dumbbells. This early morning class will definitely get you going for the rest of your day.
