Gentle Yoga will connect your mind and body while gradually increasing strength, flexibility, and body awareness. You will be taken through a variety of postures, some that work and some that ease the body. Sequences of movements may be used, but are not the primary focus. This format is wonderful no matter if you are new to Yoga or have practiced for many years.
