Core 30/Sub is Martha

Core 30: This upbeat 30 minute class is designed to build a stronger core while improving posture through exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back. This class will provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body and a stronger body/core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.   Overall this will help improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.  A quick, yet effective, workout that is a great addition to any routine coupled with ever changing playlist of music to get your body moving in the early morning hours for a Great start to your day!
