This is a fun challenging aqua class with great music to get your heart pumping for that cardio boost without the impact of land based movements. Practice suspended cardio, strength, and core exercises using aqua belts and water resistance for a total body workout. Use a variety of movements including aqua jogging, jacks, scissor kicks, crunches, and mountain climbers along with equipment such as buoys, noodles, and more.
