An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely

Group Cycling is a variable intensity non-impact cardiovascular workout that combines outdoor cycling techniques with great music. Bad weather outside? You can still get your ride in. Come join us inside using a combination of hills, intervals, sprints, and more!   You choose the level to make the workout personal. Bring water! Towels provided so come ready to sweat with a smile and take your heart health up a notch!

Note: Both Cycle 45 and Beginner classes have been combined into Cycle 60
