Beginner Cycle/Sub is Paul

Saturday Cycling is Back. This class is for those just starting out. Matt will provide you with the proper bike setup so you can enjoy (30) minutes of Group Cycling which is a variable intensity non-impact cardiovascular workout that combines outdoor cycling techniques with great music. Bad weather outside? You can still get your ride in.
