50/50 Combat and Fusion total body workout to get your week started. Burn off those calories you picked up over the weekend.
This class will work your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and provides phenomenal core training. Destroy those calories, develop coordination, agility, speed and feel empowered when you leave Northpointe as you start your day.
