This low impact class will help you gain aerobic endurance, agility, strength, and flexibility. Get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of various strength, stretch, Yoga, Pilates, and core exercises. We may use body weight, resistance tubes, pose balls, gliders, and/or hand weights. Using elements of basic dance choreography, intervals, great music, and provided with many options, every participant can get the right workout for their body. Class motto is “Do what you can and have fun!” Whether you are a fit adult, are postpartum, are a cancer survivor, or anywhere in between, this class is for you!
