This cardio/strength class is designed around intervals. Intervals are timed combinations of high-intensity and low-intensity exercise that are proven to boost the after-burn effect. You will shred calories even after your workout is done. This class may use a combination of interval training, circuit training, agility training, tabata, and simple choreography, along with a variety of equipment, to give you a total body class.
