Aqua Yoga takes the traditional land practice into the warm water pool. Considering modifications for the buoyant environment, practice mindfulness, balance, flexibility, and breath control. Gain body awareness and find mind/body connection. If you have never tried Yoga before this is a great place to begin. Even if you have, this class is for you.
