An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Range of movement, core, flexibility and (30) minutes of fun in the warm water pool. Using buoys, noodles and the natural resistance of the water for a complete workout. This class takes Aqua Arthritis to the next level. Class ends with (10) minutes of Ai Chi for relaxing and centering yourself.
