Come try this fun warm water class that uses a variety of techniques to get you moving. This class has been designed with range of movement, core, strength, a little cardio and dance, and stretch in mind. Movement in the warm water can help the muscles relax and the natural resistance of water can help strengthen. Class finishes with Ai Chi and relaxation exercises.
