This cardio/strength water workout is designed around intervals. Intervals are timed combinations of high-intensity (sprints) and low-intensity exercises that are proven to boost the after-burn effect. Not to be confused with high-impact exercising like that received from running or jumping on land. Improve core strength, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and endurance all in the low impact environment of the water. If your knees, hips, feet and more plague you with soreness, working out in the water can help increase your fitness without the discomfort of similar movements on land. This is a great class to get you moving toward better health!
