This cardio/strength water workout is designed around intervals. Intervals are timed combinations of high-intensity (sprints) and low-intensity exercises that are proven to boost the after-burn effect. Improve core strength, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and endurance all in the low impact environment of the water. This is a great class to get you moving toward better health!
