An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating until August 25, 2022
Aqua Flow will incorporate some movements of Pilates, Core, Strength and Stretching. This is a (30) minute class that is very low intensity designed to work your upper and lower body muscles in the Warm Water Pool. Class is every Thursday for the month of August at 9:30-10:00am.
