An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This (45) Minute Class in the Warm Water Pool incorporates a full range of motion, strength and balance exercises. Using buoys, noodles and the natural resistance of the water for a complete low impact workout which includes linear, lateral and core movements. Movements are slow to moderate paced to help reduce pain and stiffness caused by arthritis. Class ends with (5) minutes of relaxing and stretching.
