What’s the best part about returning to the center? Well, certainly the ability to continue my physical therapy and workouts. Another aspect is the social interaction and the motivation that it provides. I also enjoy the staff. Your staff is always friendly and helpful, like Paul in my aquatic aerobics classes to the front desk and housekeeping staff.
How often do you work out at the center since reopening? I typically work out four to five times a week in the lap pool and the warm therapeutic pool. started the week you reopened. I’ve had a number of surgeries in past years with both knees replaced, my lower back fused and recently my second hip replacement in early spring. I was cleared by my surgeon to finally get back to swimming at the end of April but sadly the pandemic wouldn’t allow that. So yes, I’ m very happy to be back at Northpointe.
How comfortable are you working out at the center since reopening? As comfortable as one can be during a pandemic. I feel the staff are doing the best they can given a tough situation. I feel we’re lucky to have patrons and staff abide by the safety rules of social distancing and mask wearing. I don’t feel inconvenienced at all coming in and getting my temperature taken nor the questions asked before I work out. Keep up the good work and in time this pandemic will pass.
