If you love theses classes you will love their personal training sessions too!
We have a little something for everyone from Sit N Be Fit and Functional Fitness to Cycle 60 and Aqua Adventure. With nearly 90 classes per week it will be hard to decide what to do next! One thing is for sure, you won’t be disappointed by our excellent Group Exercise Team!
