EnhanceFitness

Description: EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based exercise program designed to help older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized and empowered; to sustain an independent life. This class will focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics (chair aerobics) & strength training.
